Managed IT, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, and project support for businesses in Salt Lake City and surrounding Utah communities.
When employees work across an office, customer sites, and home locations, IT needs clear ownership. We help Salt Lake City businesses manage accounts, support devices, troubleshoot connectivity, and plan changes without leaving staff to coordinate every vendor themselves.
We serve Salt Lake City, West Valley City, Murray, Sandy, South Jordan, Draper, and businesses throughout Utah. Tell us where your team works so we can plan remote assistance and any onsite visits around those locations.

Choose ongoing managed services, extra help for your internal IT team, or a defined consulting project.
Let us handle user support, system maintenance, and the planning that keeps your IT in order.
Give your IT staff extra help with technical issues, routine work, or a project they do not have time to take on.
Work with us on an assessment, migration, upgrade, or decision that needs an experienced second opinion.
Keep email, shared files, and employee access organized as your team changes. We help administer Microsoft 365, review licensing and permissions, and prepare accounts and devices for new employees. For a move from another platform, we plan user communication and validation alongside the technical work.
Microsoft 365 and Cloud Support
Adding desks or opening another location can expose gaps in wireless coverage, internet capacity, and network configuration. We review the applications and equipment involved, coordinate with service providers, and schedule changes around your operating hours.
Network and Infrastructure Services
We help review administrator access, multifactor authentication, device protection, and the process for removing access when someone leaves. Findings become a prioritized plan with agreed owners. Monitoring, remediation, and incident response responsibilities are defined in your engagement.
An email migration, equipment rollout, or office move needs more than a cutover date. We check access, dependencies, vendor responsibilities, and acceptance criteria before work begins. You can engage us for a defined project or add project support to an ongoing relationship.
Our business hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Mountain Time. Remote support can address many account and application issues; equipment installation and some network work require a site visit. We agree on onsite scheduling, travel, and escalation expectations in advance. After-hours support is available by agreement.
Ask what is included, how support requests are handled, and who owns your accounts and documentation. Our guide to choosing an IT provider helps you compare proposals and plan a handoff.
