Company and Scope
Denali Nexus, LLC is a limited liability company formed in Wyoming. Our main company address is 1309 Coffeen Ave, STE 12331, Sheridan, WY 82801. This notice covers this informational website and inquiries made through its contact options. Information handled while providing services to a client may also be covered by that client’s agreement and any applicable data protection terms.
Information You Provide
If you contact us, your correspondence may include your name, company, email address, phone number, state, the services you are interested in, and anything you choose to include in your message. We use this information to respond, discuss your requirements, prepare proposals, and maintain records of our communications.
How the Contact Form Works
The button identifies how your inquiry is handled. “Prepare Email” opens a draft in your own email application; you must send that draft before we receive it. When “Send Inquiry” and a verification challenge are available, the site verifies the submission with Cloudflare Turnstile and passes your inquiry to Microsoft 365 for email delivery to Denali Nexus. The site does not save inquiry entries in a website database. To limit repeated submissions, it keeps a keyed, hashed network identifier, an attempt count, and an expiration time. These counters apply for ten minutes; expired counters are removed when a later submission is processed. The counters do not contain your message, email address, or raw IP address. Email providers process and store the resulting correspondence. Cloudflare processes technical information for abuse prevention; Microsoft processes inquiry details for delivery and mailbox storage. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy and Microsoft’s Privacy Statement. The form does not subscribe you to a mailing list or authorize marketing calls or text messages.
Technical Information and Website Providers
The hosting service receives technical request information such as IP address, browser details, requested pages, and request times to deliver and protect the site. This website is hosted through OpenAI Sites; hosting and any sign-in services are subject to the provider’s privacy policy. If you are viewing a private version, the hosting platform may require its own sign-in.
We use Google Fonts to display the site’s typefaces. Your browser requests font files from Google, which receives technical request information. See Google Fonts privacy information. Those providers handle their services under their own policies.
Cookies, Advertising, and Tracking Signals
The website code does not set advertising cookies, run analytics or advertising scripts, or store contact-form entries in local storage. It has no integrations for selling visitor data or using it for targeted advertising. Hosting or sign-in providers may use cookies or similar technology for their services; you can manage cookies through your browser settings.
The website code does not track activity across other websites and does not change its behavior in response to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. This statement describes this website’s configuration, not a waiver of privacy rights that may apply to you. Provider practices are described in the policies linked above. If tracking or data practices change, this notice will need to change with them.
Who May Receive Information
Inquiry information may be handled by the people responsible for responding and by the communications and hosting providers needed to deliver their services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or needed to address fraud, abuse, or a legal claim. If your inquiry becomes a client engagement, access to client information and any further processing should be addressed in the relevant service agreement.
Retention and Security
Inquiry correspondence may be retained for follow-up, proposals, an active business relationship, and related recordkeeping or legal obligations. The relevant retention period depends on the purpose and type of record. Provider logs and account information are subject to the provider’s retention practices.
Please do not use an initial inquiry to send passwords, payment card information, patient records, sensitive client files, or other confidential system data. If that information is needed for an engagement, an appropriate method of exchange should be agreed first. Email and internet transmission cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your Choices and Requests
You can contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have provided, or to ask how it is being used. Depending on the law that applies, additional rights may be available. We may need to verify your identity or authority before acting on a request, and some records may need to be kept for an active engagement or legal obligation. Requests will be considered under applicable law.
Email Hello@DenaliNexus.com, call (800) 345-4367, or write to the address above. Please identify your request without including sensitive information in the initial message. You may also contact the relevant privacy or consumer protection authority if you have concerns.

This is a business services website and is not directed to children under 13. Its contact options are intended for business inquiries and do not request health or other sensitive personal information. If you believe a child has sent personal information through these contact options, please let us know so the matter can be reviewed.
